Power center
The power center is the electrical box that powers and controls pool equipment.
The power center takes power from the house panel and feeds it to pump, heater, lights, and other equipment. It holds breakers, relays, and often a timer or automation board.
Pool electrical work carries a risk of shock, and it needs grounding and bonding to code. If breakers trip, you smell burning, or you see rust or water in the box, switch off power and call a qualified pro. Do not try to wire it yourself. A good center also makes upgrades like automation easier.
