What does Hurst Aquatics offer?

Hurst Aquatics runs two centers. The city page said both were closed for the 2026 season, with the message “See you all in 2027.”

  • Chisholm Aquatic Center: a lazy river, multiple water slides, a children’s activity pool, a toddler area and concessions.
  • Central Aquatic Center: swim lessons, a children’s activity pool, a leisure pool with zero-depth beach entry, a water slide and splash pad, and concessions.

Season passes cover both centers. Hurst residents get a discount and must show proof of residency. The page listed daily admission rates, as of October 2026, that did not include sales tax.

Rate Hurst resident Non-resident
Central daily $6.00 $12.00
Chisholm daily $8.00 $16.00
Individual season pass $65.00 $165.00
Family season pass (up to 5, same address) $160.00 $400.00

Rates can change before the 2027 season, so confirm them on the city page.

What is at the Euless Aquatic Park?

The Euless Family Life Aquatic Park has a 545-foot lazy river with provided inner tubes and lounge chairs by the pool. Young children get a play area with zero-depth entry, fountains, slides and a raindrop bucket.

Older children can use two flume slides that are 28 feet high, and a run-out slide. The slides and the lily pad walk have a 48-inch height rule. Lifejackets are available on request at no charge. The park has a concession stand and a bathhouse.

The city page lists these season pass prices: family $270 for residents and $540 for non-residents, and individual $85 for residents and $175 for non-residents. Proof of residency and photo ID are needed for resident passes. The page text about the season was out of date when we checked, so read the schedule and holiday hours on the city page itself. Rentals are not available on Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends, per the page.

The Aquatic Park evacuates and closes when lightning is detected.

What does Bedford offer?

Bedford posts two pages: an Outdoor Water Park at The Center and Roy Savage Pool at Central Park. Both are on the city’s site. Season dates, hours and fees are not repeated here because they change and the city page is the right place to confirm them.

Why do the public pools close for the season?

Outdoor public pools run on a season, often late spring through summer. Your own pool runs on your schedule. Heat, storms and leaves affect it all year, and it needs water balance work even when the city pools are shut. Our North Texas pool calendar shows what to do each month.

Public pools also show a standard. Lifeguards, posted rules and lightning policies reflect real safety practice. At home, you set the rules, so keep the gate latched and the pool barrier in good shape.
