Robotic cleaner
A robotic cleaner is a self-contained cleaner with its own motor and filter bag.
A robotic cleaner plugs into an outlet near the pool and works on its own. It does not use your pump or plumbing. It has its own motor and filter, so it saves wear on your main equipment.
It costs more up front and uses little power. Empty or rinse the filter after each run, and check the brushes and tracks. Pull it out of the pool when not in use to protect it from sun. Do not plug it into a power source that is not meant for outdoor use. A pro can set up a safe outlet.
