Pool filter
The pool filter is the equipment that traps dirt and fine particles from the water.
The filter cleans water as it passes through. Without it, even a well-chlorinated pool turns cloudy. There are three main types: cartridge, sand, and DE.
A dirty filter shows up as a high pressure reading, weak flow, or cloudy water. Clean or backwash it when pressure rises. Check the gauge each week.
