Parts and labor
Parts and labor are the two main charges on a repair bill: the items replaced and the time to do the work.
Parts cover the new pump, motor, capacitor, or fittings. Labor covers the tech's time to diagnose, remove, and install.
Ask for both on the quote. Ask whether parts are new, which brand, and whether a warranty applies. Ask whether labor is flat or by the hour. A clear quote helps you compare options. See pool equipment repair. Keep the invoice, because it helps if a warranty claim comes up later.
