Diagnostic fee
A diagnostic fee is a charge to find a problem. It may or may not be credited to the repair.
Finding a fault takes time and skill, so some companies charge for it. Others fold it into the repair.
Before you book, ask three things: is there a diagnostic fee, how much is it, and is it credited if you approve the repair? Get the answer before the visit. Marina Pool Services does not publish prices, so ask when you call (817) 896-1120. Get the answer in writing when you can.
