Gas heater
A gas heater burns natural gas or propane to heat pool water quickly.
A gas heater heats water fast, whatever the air temperature. That makes it handy for cold snaps and for a spa. It burns natural gas or propane in a combustion chamber.
Common problems include failure to ignite, shutting off during use, or error codes. Causes include a dirty igniter, a stuck pressure switch, or low water flow. Do not open the gas side yourself. Gas work is for a qualified pro. If you smell gas, leave and call the gas company.
