Service route
A service route is the set of pools a technician visits on a given day.
Routes keep visits on a steady schedule. A tech works down the list in a set order, often by neighborhood, so visits are the same weekday.
Route size affects care. Ask how many stops a tech makes in a day and how long each visit lasts. A rushed route can lead to missed steps. Ask what happens when a storm or holiday moves your day. Good providers tell you in advance if your visit day changes.
