Chlorine floater
A chlorine floater is a floating plastic dispenser that holds chlorine tablets and releases them slowly into the pool.
A floater is a simple way to feed tablets. It floats and drifts around the pool, releasing chlorine slowly.
It has drawbacks. A floater can park near a wall and bleach the plaster or liner. It also puts strong chlorine close to swimmers and pets. It only feeds while it sits in water, so it may be gone when it rains. Use trichlor tablets only as the label says, and watch stabilizer. An inline chlorinator is a better fit for steady dosing.
