Spa blower
A spa blower is a device that pushes air into spa jets to make bubbles.
The blower sends air through a line to the jets. It adds the bubbly feel and does not heat the water.
Signs of trouble: no air, loud humming, or water in the air line. Water in the line can ruin the blower, so a check valve is used. A failing blower runs on electricity, so call a qualified pro. Keep the air line dry and the cover on when the spa sits idle.
